Check in took just a few minutes. The room was large with a great view of Chicago, I could see the sears tower from my room. In the theatre district with so many bar and food options. Fantastic location. Breakfast was included and was good. Missed happy hour but each guest receives a few beverages. Will definitely be back. Convenient valet parking was a little pricey but there are two garages within walking distance also. Looking forward to my next stay at Kinzie

Super cute boutique hotel! Still had a really nice view from the second floor, and the room was very spacious and comfortable! Complimentary wine, beer, and snacks at happy hour was a huge plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful! I am definitely looking forward to staying here again.

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. We had our new puppy with us and all of the employees were helpful. They have a gated area with artificial grass for the dogs to use. The location is close to the river and downtown so plenty of things to do within walking distance.

This is a cool little boutique hotel. Very inexpensive and in a prime location. Hotel is clean, I wouldn't consider it luxury so if you want a silver spoon then maybe another spot but we thought it was nice and had a nice view of town. They do charge $25/day resort fee which gets you breakfast and a happy hour from 5-7

Great location, very reasonable price. Beds, linens and pillows were excellent. A little ottoman by the window was .y favorite spot for both work and just gawking out the window. Breakfast was not bad at all. Room card was misread in the elevator multiple times. Personnel was attentive and friendly. Offered free water at check-in, a nice touch.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
