        We had a great stay here, parking is very convenient, front desk is very customer oriented, staffs are friendly, staff named MR Sridharan is very kind, catered to all our requests. Keep up your good job mr Sri. His genuine friendliness added a special touch to the overall hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

        One of my favourite hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Eventhough not in the centre, but not far. Amazing room. Very spacious and clean room. Nice breakfast and a lot lot of parking around. This hotel provide swimming pool and gym for the guest. Have 7 eleven at the lobby and cafe also👌

        The room is nice, spacious with city view. I slept well. It was comfortable. There are ample parking space on Level 2 & 3. The reception is oddly placed in the middle and to the side. I saw the 7E first before I found the reception. The ironing space could be improved. Would be nice to have some hooks installed and a better iron.

        Bad experience at this hotel for several reasons: 1. The indian lady at the front desk, was impolite. She did not smile, no greeting while we doing check in. 2. The towels in the room had a foul odor. 3. The noise isolation in the rooms was poor, leading to disruptions. 4. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 10:50 am, even though our checkout time was 12:00 pm. I do not recommend staying here.

        Worst experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms for a one-night stay. The staff at the front desk did not smile at us when informing us that there was a problem with the 1206 room's air conditioning. They advised us not to remove the room card that had already been placed in the room, as doing so would cause the air conditioning to stop functioning. At the same time, the hotel was fully booked, and there were no extra rooms available. Meanwhile, the second room 1207 we had booked was very noisy, and we could feel the vibrations, possibly from a machine or the air conditioning. When we made the first call, they asked us to wait in our room. After half an hour had passed with no one arriving, we called again. They asked us to wait for another minute, repeatedly requesting us to be wait. However, we ended up waiting for a total of one hour until 11:30 pm. When the technician arrived, he confirmed that the noise was quite loud. He attempted to resolve the issue, but the noise persisted. He then contacted the front desk and requested a new room 1227 for us. Furthermore, we discovered a dead insect in the room, and the towels in the room had a very bad smell. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and considers providing training to improve their services. No more next for this hotel.
