Beautiful boutique hotel with really friendly staff. Very quite and relaxing environment not too far from the hustle and bustle of Koh Samui. Rooms are really nice and spacious. Pool and lounging area is really lovely you could spend the entire day there. The beach is awesome and the water is lovely and warm. There are lots of waves though so keep that in mind. It could just be this time of the year. The only downside of this hotel is the surrounding area (street side) is not in a great condition lots of empty buildings and abandoned hotels and restaurants that have shut down post Covid probably but would still recommend it if you are into smaller boutique style hotels with a private feel.

Great location, walk from back onto beach .very nice pool overlooking sea and beds to lay on ,towels provided . Rooms ,beds very hard pillows very hard kettles was leaking dangerously .I started iching at night might be bed bugs but I still have scars ,was not mosketos. Staff were very nice ,room decor was amazing

After a shocking experience at a nearby hotel, I decided to find an alternative hotel for a couple of nights and chanced upon Kirikayan. We ended up with a duplex room that was the same price as the hotel from hell we had just checked out of. This is a newly opened hotel and I cannot recommend this place enough! The room was comfortable with a huge bed (albeit 2 mattresses pushed together) on the top level, overlooking the biggest bath tub that I’ve ever come across in a hotel room! I’m 6” tall and could lie perfectly flat! Bathroom and shower were great too. Breakfast was included in the rate and was very basic but enough to keep me content (I enjoyed a rice & curry with a couple of friend eggs on top). The pool area was superb, far better than expected with comfortable loungers overlooking the beach. Special mention goes to Smiley who was working the pool area, keeping it spotless and ensuring all guests left smiling! We ordered some cocktails during happy hour and to be honest ai wasn’t expecting them to be much to write home about, especially given they were so affordable but the Mojitos that Smiley made were outstanding!! Easily among the best I’ve had on Koh Samui. It’s such a pleasure to experience customer service from someone like Smiley who genuinely goes out of his way for the guests. My wife and I would definitely love to stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Travelled with another couple we had the most enjoyable stay. Very quiet hotel right on the beach. The best staff we have ever encountered in a hotel. Big thank you to Pom and Bent and all the lovely staff who made our stay wonderful. Hubby was so thrilled with the unexpected birthday cake and happy birthday rendition from the staff. Would highly recommend a stay here. Only criticism I have would be the access into the beautiful pool for oldies. A handrail at any end of pool would be brilliant. Thanks from Lynn and Pete

Relaxed place with nicely decorated rooms that show the owner pays attention to detail. A pool overlooking the beach, and of course direct beach access. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I‘m having a really good time here and can wholeheartedly recommend the place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
