Nice hotel in the old town. The location is good for exploring the tourist sights. Value is good, the breakfast could be better. The only downside is the bathroom is small and the shower leaks onto the floor (room 2).

I cannot express how delighted I am with my stay at this hotel! The level of hospitality here is beyond compare; the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The breakfast they served was absolutely perfect, and the staff members were incredibly attentive. As a proud Georgian myself, I couldn't be prouder of this hotel, which truly represents the warmth and kindness of our people. I highly recommend it to everyone – you won't be disappointed!

Amazing stay! Such a beautiful place filled in with such a lovely people. More than to stay inside the room, we wanted to spend time with people who work there. They gave us memorable sweet moments by arranging for the birthday cake. Thanks Nicholas ⚽️ and Tata for that. We miss you guys and the stay as well. Next time visiting Georgia only for KISI and people there. We were first welcomed by Ninutsa (Nini), such an adorable woman. Later we were taken care by Neka and Basa-boy, the cute one was so generous and kind gentleman. Tata was so much fun 😂 can’t forget those moments. So much midnight talks and fun things we all shared and mock Nicholas for his Football and English talks. 😂 Anddddddd Finallyyyy Nicholas!!!! The man. He is extraordinary. The Best. You kept us very comfortable throughout our stay. Wish I had more time to spend with you all. Keep the same spirit and spread the same love forever. Love you all guys. For people who are looking for a stay in Georgia 🇬🇪, make KISI as your first and last option. You will be loved with these bunch!!

This is THE GREATEST experience which started our Georgian journey !!!! This hotel Located in the heart of the old Tbilisi just by the fortress and botanical garden, near all “bania” area. We being met by Gia- THE GREAT HOST - he really made us to feel at home. All the stuff was friendly and accommodative. The only think to mentioned - is that tha taxi will bring you to the gate ( this street is closed for regular transport ) call the hotel and they will open the gate - otherwise you will have to carry all your luggage upstairs yourself. This is a very steep climb, so definitely called him first. All in all I would say. It is 10/10 experience. This is very commended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
