Very nice hotel for a low price, clean and quiet. Our room was well equipped with toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo&conditioner, soap. You can get iron from the reception. Staff is welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is simple but tasty, hot and cold drinking water is available in the hallway.

Foreigners should avoid this hotel. Now it has been sold ..There is nothing “Kiwi” about it. The service is non existent, never cleaned my room for 6 days, no change of towels. The restaurant is closed. This used to be a vibrant place to catch up with expats and tourists. The rooms are in terrible condition. Mould in the bathroom and they have tapped over holes in the curtains. The shower doesn’t drain for hours after using, the fridge is gone, bolts hanging out of the walls where the tv used to be. The safe doesn’t work. Even tho its cheap.. do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

Their rooms are clean and spacious, good AC and hotshower but the first room they gave me was noisy, good thing was the receptionist was kind enough to transfer me to a family delixe with better AC. Complete toiletries, king size bed with comfy beddings No cable channels on tv and the mini ref was not working. The hotel is just 1km away from VFS global cebu.

I've stayed here multiple times. The last time I stayed, they upgraded me to a deluxe room and it was the best deal ever for the price I paid. The staff members are always very friendly and helpful. There's also a functioning fridge in each room. They provide toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. The TV is so-so though. And with free breakfast, this is a great place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
