Centrally located walking distance to Queen Street shops and restaurants along the street next door. The room is smaller than we expected and has no air- con in summer, which made our first night in Auckland sleepless. One of the head lamps were flashing and we reported it to the reception. It was still not fixed until we checked out. A tiny little vanity in the bathroom. Overall, it is not a bad option for a group of friends sharing the stay. But personally speaking, it is not ideal to stay with families when you expect a good quality or high standard for your stay.

best place ever always feels like home when i get back here. love the cozy rooms and great location. nice hot showers and daily towel service. unbelievable for the price. want to update my review again because i can't believe the bad reviews. the rooms are CLEAN and cared for, the showers are super hot with lots of pressure, of course there is street noise it's downtown? deal with it. enjoy the ambiance you can still open your window and hear the lovely NZ birds. i stay here often and never once has there been "party noise" or that kind of raucous atmosphere. service is great and the staff is so good especially when you get to know them. don't believe the haters. amazing location. thanks to everyone

I needed somewhere for 1 night close to hospital. I chose Kiwi International due to price and location. I checked in early evening and was grateful the staff had turned on the fan in room as it was a hot day. I was pleasantly surprised with my room. Yes it was small and hot but I left bathroom window and door open and had a fantastic sleep. The room was clean, offered tv, fridge and hot drink facilities. The location was an easy walk to hospital and a variety of eating places. I 100 percent recommend Kiwi International and will not hesitate to stay if need arises again. To the naysayers I say if you want 5 star accommodation then be prepared to pay 5 star prices

Kiwi International Hotel in Auckland offers a great value for a private room—though compact and definitely not perfect, it's a steal considering the unbeatable price. The hotel's close location near the Harbour, restaurants, and supermarkets adds to its appeal. Despite shared bathrooms, they were consistently clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. For budget-conscious travelers seeking affordability without compromising too much on quality, Kiwi International Hotel is a great choice.

Cheap and nasty. The shower takes 10 minutes to warm up and then has no pressure. Staff don't speak English well. One maori lady was good and another lady was good. Got knocked on my door at 9pm because they gave me the wrong room and then said don't worry about it. All the Asian customers talk loud and have no respect for other people. Put some quiet signs up in Asian. They are rude

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
