Staff were polite and very helpful recommending places to go eat and visit during our stay. The room was spacious and modern. My only issue was the “gym” had one bike, one rowing machine and a bench with no free weights. Simply adding a selection of dumbbells will fix it ! But overall very happy.

A wonderful hotel. Fantastic facilities and located very close to the U Bahn for easy travel around Munich. A five star breakfast with a great variety of continental and cooked items. Helpful staff and a peaceful room. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you 😊

Excellent location however the room we stayed had water pipes sound throughout the entire time. We were charged late check out fee for the first time throughout all my travels. 25 euros for 1.5 hours. Not withstanding that we have conveyed this information 2 days in advance, your Front desk could have made appropriate arrangements to accommodate our request.

Had a quick stay here and it was a great experience. The metro is less than a five minute walk making the location very ideal. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Expected a much smaller room but our room was spacious and perfect for a 4 day stay. The staff were so helpful and the location is great.. Only 5 stops on the U Bahn to Marienplatz.. 8 mins! We also loved the breakfast.. Plenty of choice and fresh food. It was very good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
