Nice, clean and modern equipped hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and well arranged. WiFi is reliable and offers enough bandwidth. The restaurant on level 1 offers really great selections of food, but one needs a jacket to go there as it's really cold inside (all the staff is wearing thick jackets).

Just had a 3D/2N stay at KK Sapa Hotel. The room was large, clean and nicely appointed. The mountain view was outstanding. The service was very good and efficient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a great selection. The hotel is located about a 10-12 minute walk to Sapa City Centre.

The room is so lovely , nice view from the balcony The breakfast was great too The hotel has the second lobby on the 15th floor easy walk to the town The staffs are so lovely and friendly. They help us to early checkin for free. I really Appreciate that! I would like to thank Ms. Nancy from the reception counter for helping me book a car to Cat Cat Villages. Whenever she’s so busy at the checkout time, she try to help me to call to the bus office because we got some problems with the reservation of the pickup service, and she helped me to handle it and I can take the bus on time ❤️ Really lovely hotel and the best service I will be back

The hotel is good with all aspects. Room is spacious with mountain view. The cleanliness is exceptional. Line of breakfast was excellent and the taste was good. The location is close to city centre. You can walk or take the shuttle to your destinations.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Service was top notch, room and the views are absolutely beautiful. It's not quite located in the central, but everything is within walking distance which you would enjoy in SaPa.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
