We use KL's function room, and it accommodates around 30-50 pax. It has good air conditioning, proper and clean restrooms, and the venue is inclusive of the sound system, plus you'll enjoy free-flowing coffee. Location is also strategic since it's less than 5 minutes walk from Greenbelt 1. Staff are also accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Booked 2 rooms for my family of 5pax staying in the city for New Year's and KL didnt disappoint! The rooms are modern, very clean, got great views of the parks and much bigger than the photos (which is always a plus). All the staff were also very accommodating from processing all my requests prior check-in to upgrade all breakfasts and extra bed. Highly recommend this awesome find in Makati.

Excellent customer service! The receptionist allowed us to check-in early free of charge! We managed to rest well after a tiring and sleepless night flight. The loft unit was clean and spacious and feels like home. Looking forward to staying again here in future.

Very happy with my stay at KL Serviced Residences. It was not perfect but for the price I have given it 5 stars. Only negatives were that the bathroom looked pretty tired and the hot water was adequate for a shower but would have preferred it a bit hotter. The hallways are not air conditioned, so a bit hot getting to the room, but the a/c in the room itself worked well. Our room was comparatively spacious with sliding doors to separate the sleeping area (so that I did not need to disturb my wife when I got up earlier than her). I did not use the pool but my wife said it was one of the nicest pools she had used in a city hotel. The hotel is situated across the road from a park and is just a few hundred meters walk to the Greenbelt shopping malls. There is a Nono's restaurant next door and a 7-Eleven convenience store just a couple of doors away. Overall I would happily stay here again.

Overall was a good stay. The rooms are real nice, expectedly, since they weren't cheap lol Service is good, did not interact much with the staff but they were kind enough when we did. Location can't say much, not walking distance away from everything but not very badly situated as well. You can just book a grab to get to places :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
