        Your staff are a credit to your establishment! Polite, helpful and attentive. The hotel is a little tired, please please treat the deck at the beautiful pool area, it really needs it and I felt so sorry for the plants around the hotel which were fading so fast due to lack of water! The hotel is so well placed in Cape Town and offers such amazing views of Table Mountain. Loved the enthusiasm of your garage security guard who set the right tone for our stay!

        This hotel is in a great location. I had breathtaking beautiful views of the mountains from my room. Lots of restaurants and amenities are within walking distance. The staff were professional and helpful. For lunch or dinner, I’ll recommend the beef burger- it was oh so tasty *chef’s kiss*. They get 4 stars because they didn’t provide bedroom slippers and bathrobes. That was disappointing.

        Incorrectly charged my credit card and they have acknowledged it, 'Good day Paul, I hope this email finds you well. We sincerely apologize for the delay in process regarding your refund. We are currently doing our best to ensure all refund issues are properly seen to as soon as possible. Please be advised, your refund request has indeed been acknowledged and will be acted upon soonest. Kind regards" Its been over a month since the charge and they still have not processed a refund. Hopefully management sees this and actually does something about it. Next step is lay a charge of theft at the local police station EDIT: Management ignore this review but comment on all others. Go figure. What crooks EDIT2: Another month passed, still no comment here from management., yet you openly comment on other reviews. Are you guys actually openly being thieves, take some responsibility and get in contact with me. You have said you were going to refund me, be better, be honorable.

        Great design, potential to be amazing, yet run down by indifferent management. Ground staff is trying hard, but coming from hospitality myself, management needs performance management. Safety hazards, broken items visibly left since a long time, filthy windows everywhere, doors a re scratched and damaged everywhere like in a public hospital. This could be changed so easily, really sad.

        Beautiful hotel, made to feel extremely welcome, absolutely loved it here. Amazing view of table mountain from my balcony. And the pitza was to die for, definitely the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
