Location wise is just perfect. Near to metro, bus, grocery, money exchange, shops and scenery. Just perfect location. Rooms are a bit old. But still manageable. I love their staff they really take care of their guests.

I stayed in 5 rooms of this hotel . The thing is at first i was not happy with the hotel. Then They gave rooms with a view . Unfortunately the best room was given after my return from gudauri and i stayed only a few hours . I think they are renovating the rooms . Some rooms are definitely not 4 star. While others can pass for it ,Because of the views . Breakfast was just fine . Staff could have been more polite especially that youngster in the breakfast area . Location is good . Tv had only local channels. Traveling with kids thats not easy . You should atleast have YouTube available. If i was stuck in that first room i would have given only 1 star. Its the part of the hotel with the reception If you stay there make sure they give you a better room.

AVOID. Rooms lacking maintenance with several items eg TV, hairdryer, not working. Privacy is not respected, a man walked into my room as I was preparing for a shower. My door was locked but staff have a digital card which can open all doors. There is no physical (non-digital) lock to your room. When I complained of the intrusion they could not explain why a man entered my room. I made the booking on the web for a reasonable price, however at checkout they overcharged me by 2.5times! The hugely inflated charge was entered into the card machine and I was not shown the amount when asked to swipe my card. BEWARE. Once I spotted this, they agreed it was an error and said they would refund the difference but after 10days, there is still no refund. If there is an update from KMM regarding this situation, I will update the review. Currently, I’m very annoyed and disappointed with KMM. No, I would not stay with KMM again. Update on 3 Oct, 12days after agreeing to their error in overcharging me, they have now refunded the Lari. However I am long gone from Georgia and there is no compensation for me having to change additional Lari whilst I was in country, and now transfer their Lari back into Sterling. It remains a very poorly run hotel, management is a shambles.

Terrible place to stay, there is not hot water in the morning to have a shower, the room is freezing cold, there were not heating in my room, also the TV and the hair-drier wasn't working, the staff is not too keen to help you either, when you complaint all they say is that isn't their fault and they don't do anything to help you. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Worse Hotel Ever.

Its a 4 star hotel but compared to the 4 star hotels in UAE, the georgian one is nothing. They have good a reception a nice lobby the room service lady is friendly. Pretty nice and cozy for the price. The only problem i faced was there was no shathaf (Jet spray) in the toilets, i know its because its a European country but hotels should have it because mostly tourists stay in hotels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
