An old building but very functional. Great location where you can walk to the Bay business area where there are multiple coffee shops and restaurants. We had a lovely view over the canal and the pool. The pool and gym were great, and very under-utilised Our apartment was unserviced and we had virtually no contact with any other employees there. Generally a good building in a decent area.

Perfect friendly and supportiv staff. I cannot emphasize this enough. The hotel is being marketet as a 5-Star hotel. Well, the general areas may be 4-star. The room does not deserve more than 3 stars. The bathroom is tiny and there is mould. The mattress is cheap.

The place was very nice. We stayed in a rented apartment so we didn’t really have any interaction with the hotel services but the people at the concierge were super friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient with only a 15 min walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Lime scooters don’t operate in this road but Tier and Kareem do so it’s super convenient to move around. Request for rooms facing the Marina when booking, as the views in the morning and during the night are second to none.

Great location but the hotel is deteriorating fast! Stained walls, toilet seats, tub, floors, etc. Chipped and peeled paint on ceilings. Washing machine flooded kitchen. Amenities like the pool and gym close very early in the evening.

Hotel is a bit run down. The staff were friendly and helpful. Was there for one night and did not sleep much as the noise from cars on the road was loud.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
