The toilet smells and is dirty. Urine stains can be seen on the toilet seat. Called the reception who came up to do a quick cleaning, but the smell persisted. Requested a room change but was rejected because the hotel was fully booked. Shortly after, noticed that the fridge had a sour smell with mould in the corner and on the side tray. The receptionist then did a quick wipe again. Both are ineffective and didnt really fix the problem. Whats more the room has quite a few toilet flies flying around, even beside the bed. This shows that they have not been cleaning the rooms properly for quite some time. Given the price of the room, its really not worth it. Other hotels with cheaper rates are far cleaner. Had serious doubts about the room's cleanliness, so I left for another hotel without staying the 2 nights I booked (thank god for forgetting to cancel the other one). Besides, the amenities in the room are outdated. Disappointed. Also, the hotel doesn't let you cancel even if its weeks before the check in date, FYI.

Stayed at koko hotel for 3 nights. The room was a decent size and so was the bathroom. Location was great quiet street with a large 7/11 out front and close to most things easy to get to the Ginza line. Was a good price for the area. Cons: room was dated and bathroom didn’t feel as clean. The textured wallpaper in the room was covered in dust overall cleaning at the hotel can improve

I stay at the Ginza unit. To me, this could be the best location because it has train stations all around it and this makes it very convenient to travel around Tokyo. It’s is also walkable to the fish market. Rooms very just nice, I will advice you to book the 16sqm rooms. Staff were very polite and laundry is located on the first floor. Restaurants are located around this location + 7-11, family mart and Lawson.

The room is too small… not friendly to big guy. The complimentary supplies at the lobby are very nice with lots of options. There are only two laundry machines in the hotel. We have to wait and stay up late to do the laundry due to the high volume of demand.

-Big 7-11 in front of the hotel. -Room is not big but you get what you expect in general hotels in japan. -Staff fluent in English Most important negative point: The wifi is extremely SLOW.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
