Excellent hotel, room and service for this price. I actually had to double check my reservation on line before walking into the lobby because it looked too expensive! Service at front desk and breakfast was very good. I would have given them five stars but for the underside of the toilet where the washlette sprayer comes out being quite dirty. I’m a tall guy and I could still see it so I’m sure most guests can see it as well. That’s a very easy thing for HK to clean. And the breakfast selection is not for big eaters. If you’re a coffee lover, take your own drip coffee for the room. But honestly the instant coffee they provide at the front desk is really good!

This is a hotel next to Shinsaibaishi Exit North 7. It’s really clean, has a family mart next to it, and is has regular rooms you would expect out of any hotels! I didn’t find any trouble like the other reviewers. Breakfast was located on the first floor, and it was the same everyday which I found could be done better. Otherwise, everything else was great!

I was given an incredibly dark room and when switching to a room with direct access to the normal sunlight, I realised I am missing two outdoor jackets. Only after reporting the situation to the front desk, an employee gave back one jacket to me and said that the housekeeping staff didn’t bring anything more - even though both jackets were hanged in the same closet. If I didn’t report missing jackets, I wouldn’t even get the one that was returned to me. Not notifying guests about finding their belongings looks like a deliberate behaviour. There are no security cameras outside the rooms, so if anything gets stolen from your room, you have literally no proof what happened. Unnecessary discussions led to getting a report from the hotel which I needed to show to the insurance company. The hotel didn’t offer any kind of compensation, not even a discount - the only thing they provided was a letter of apology for not notifying me about the found jacket. After sending an official complaint letter, I received a rude and unprofessional email. They seem to believe that it’s only my problem. The stolen jacket has been reported to the police, of course.

STEER CLEAR FROM GETTING THE BREAKFAST! We stayed here for 5 consecutive days and had the SAME ridiculous food item that we end up not eating after 2 days. WASTE OF BREAKFAST VOUCHERS. (See photo) And the cafe staff, looks and caters you at a very dissapointing manner, Even the rooms look shabby and light is VERY DIM. The only thing worth noting is the location. As it is very near to the train station and the shinsaibashi shopping center and dotonbori.
