Stayed here for a week during our visit to Tokyo. The rooms are pretty tiny and bathroom even tinier but the hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station on the S Line which made it super easy to get around to other cities because the line connected to most. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t attest to that BUT the hotel did provide a whole shelf of toiletries that you can help yourself to near the check-in desk. There are about 3 laundromats nearby, 2 of them being self-serve. Also a great burger place called Brozers nearby.

We spent 13 nights in this hotel, and it was a very good choice. The room seems not to be very big, but you have a nice double bed which will easily fit two adults. The rooms are clean, the cleaning service is working every day and it is fast and efficient. The hotel has a room for smoking on the ground floor, and a restaurant with chef cooking in front of you (booking needed). The location is also very good, close to many shops like 7/11 or Lawson which are working 24/7. Many good restaurants (10-20 min walking) and fast food chains (McDonald's and KFC). Multiple subway stations around that will take you in almost any direction you will need. Use the subway as main transportation as it is cheap and fast. The area around is safe to walk at any time of day or night. Recommended for a short or long stay, if you need to be in the heart of Tokyo but have a quiet neighborhood around. Not recommend to get the breakfast as for Europeans or visitors from the USA the food might seem a bit weird. If you are looking for a place with good coffee, and where you can smoke inside - I would recommend Embassy Cafe which is 10-15 min walking from the hotel. They do have good sandwiches too. The staff of the hotel is friendly and always tries to help, but sometimes there is a language barrier and misunderstandings could happen.

A 3-Star Hotel That Feels Like a 5-Star Hotel Stay! We were so impressed with this hotel’s comfy room, cleanliness, professional service, beautiful design and great location! We just had a horrible 1 night stay at a 4 star hotel and I was requesting to smell their room before I booked it. The staff was very understanding and professional, and accommodated to my strange request. We booked the double bedroom 37m², room on 12th floor and the view was facing the city. It was a beautiful view!!! We could also see a little of Tokyo Tower! The location is quiet but sooo connected! 1 min walk to Hamacho Station (Shinjuku Line), less than 10mins walk to Ningyocho Station which has 2 lines Hibiya and Asakusa. The nearest convenience store is Lawson, 7-11 and Family Mart are further around the area. We loved the room so much! Very spacious, beds are so fluffy and comfy. The toilets are spacious as well with a bathtub. They provide amenities on level 1 which you can take and the bath salts are amazing for sleep!! I also loved the hair ampoules, love the smell and it soothed my dry hair. My husband loved the lotion and moisturizers. They also do daily cleaning and changed our pajamas and slippers everyday. They have detergent-free laundry machines (600¥) which was super convenient. We were very impressed with this hotel, and would stay here again next time!

Very clean hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily. Would recommend upgrading to bigger rooms if you are traveling with a family as rooms are slightly smaller than your typical western style hotel. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

AMAZING hotel. I wish I didn't forget to take photos from the inside room. Super clean hotel. Loved their breakfast options. Polite staffs and very helpful. amazing location and close to the green line subway and supermarkets. Definitely will book this place on my next trip to Tokyo

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
