Perfect for our family of 4. The Tawaramachi station barely 2 minutes walk away lets you reach major subway and JR interchanges easily. The service is superb, the amenities in the room are very good (fridge, microwave, toaster, tub AND washer dryer combo) and we got a free magic show on Christmas Day too! Can’t complain about anything. Considering to return one day.

Spacious, great accommodations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved having a washing machine! I really liked having a room for the kids to sleep in. Excellent location right near Ginza line elevator which we needed for traveling with our 2 strollers.

First of all, big thank you to Shota for going beyond the call of duty and sending us a package of important things we forgot when we checked out. The hotel's location was excellent and very nearby the Tokyo Metro and the sights around Asukasa. The room size was decent and well laid out. We are a family of five and struggled to find a place that would house us all (usually we'd have to get three rooms). There was enough room for everyone and no one felt cramped. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Loved our stay at Koko Hotel Residence Tawaramachi. Short walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Akasuka and Sumida. Staff are friendly and the in room amenities including washer-dryer, induction cooker, fridge, toaster oven and microwave are great especially if travelling with children. Plenty of bakeries and convenience shops a short walk away. Overall a pleasant stay and Koko would be our first choice in Tokyo.

The location is near the station, The room is comfy, the staff are very welcome and helpful. My kids are happy to stay here. I will definitely come back if we visit Japan in the future!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
