Very cozy place while being very close to Tsukiji market and several convenient stores and a bunch of hidden gem restaurants nearby. King bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and an excellent shower(top from our trip). The staff was very friendly and spoke English if needed. There is a slight walk towards public transportation including an airport bus which isn't troubling at all even with single luggage. We definitely are looking to rebook when we go back! [Stayed during early October 2023]

NOT clean, NOT comfortable. We booked this purposefully to get a double bed, which was just two (very different firmness) twins pushed together. We arrived to find the room very unclean- dusty, hair, stains- and had a hard time communicating with staff about the issues. It seems their standard is uncleanliness as all elevators and common areas were also covered with dirt and dust. Rooms were small but to be expected in Tokyo. Soundproofing was very limited and the elevator was audible from several rooms down. An immediate no. Other hotels nearby had to be better for similar prices.

Excellent value. This hotel is priced in the 2-3 star range but offers 4 star qualities: in-person staff/front desk, Daily housekeeping, individually controlled thermostats (most budget hotels in Japan have central air/heat… where the rooms are always uncomfortably hot) even providing AC deep into the winter months for those odd days, Location is a +, the photos make it seem like the hotel is in a residential area but its actually well positioned next to several eateries, a stones throw from Tsukiji fish market and quick access to 2 major train stations. Rooms are small, but not in the category of a capsule or micro hotel room. A+++ do not overpay for major brand hotels if your group size is 4 or less.

The hotel's front road is notably spacious, facilitating convenient taxi drop-offs and baggage unloading. 3. Diverse Room Selection: Boasting a range of room types, from single to family accommodations. 4. Housekeeping Excellence: Offers daily cleaning services, aligning with standard hotel practices beyond Japan. Drawbacks: 1. Staff Hospitality: Falls short of the customary warmth associated with Japanese standards. Those seeking traditional Japanese hospitality might find better options elsewhere. 2. Acoustic Challenges: Acknowledging previous concerns, the walls and ceilings are notably thin. Families occupying Family Rooms may encounter disturbances from lively occupants above (kudos if your neighbors have hyper active kids).

A no frills hotel located in a convenient area of Tokyo. Rooms are on the smaller side. Amenities are located in the lobby (grab what you need) and front desk was usually able to provide any missing items. Bed linens should have been cleaner (we found multiple left over hair from a previous guest on our bedsheets/pillow cases).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
