        easy access to LRT station. a lot of convenience store, restaurants and even mall (KL Gateway) nearby. amazing facilities, from the laundry room, kitchen to the games room. kids love it so much. the room is just great, but i don’t know why, 3 from 5 times i had problems with my access card, it cannot be read on the elevator. the downside is the lack of a trash bin in the room and somehow, the pillow is just too hard. other than that, this place is worth every penny.

        Very comfortable with modern finished rooms. Facilities (such as game room/gym/pool/common space) available and functional. Location not the best, and need to be cautious while driving to area as its close to highway exit. Area can get jam at peak hour. Nearby mall is simple and small. More suitable for business travellers.

        Everything about this place is really good. Clean rooms and furnitures. Though it's really small, it's comfortable enough for us a s a family of 4. Amenities are well maintained, MVP of the place is definitely the games room. We had lots of fun. Check in was smooth, The water Dispensers outside each floor is a huge plus. Very much worth it for the price we paid for. Will come back.

        I have booked the place for 5 nights, was quite happy with the room when I checked in. However, the whole experience turn bad when I encountered not just one, but twice bad experience here. First is when I was resting in the room on one day and was informed that the building will conduct fire drill practice, guest are not required to leave the building. The fire alarm rang while I was taking nap and suddenly, one of the staff knocked the door and open the door without any permission. I was shocked by his action and feel terrified. Second is when I went down for breakfast, the housekeeping team just went in for cleaning but I did not put up any sign to clean the room. All my valuable item are left inside the room. Imagine if the staff stole my item or take a photo of my credit card or ID to do something bad. I made complaint to the front desk and I am unsatisfied by their response. The front desk staff is giving a mocking smile while the security manager tried to explain to me on what happen and talk with ego. I will never come back to this place ever.

        My friends & I paid cash for the deposit during check in but we were requested to wait for bank transfer during check out which is not reasonable (we always received cash in return for hotel check out if we pay cash during check in) and we were not informed about this during check in. During check out, hotel staff informed us that they will refund on the next day which is Monday when their Finance back to work. And there is no payment slip given as a proof that we had paid for the deposit to be refunded until we requested. On the next day, we still have to call them to follow up on the refund as we haven’t received the refund as promised. During the call, they informed us their refund process requires 7 working days. We are kinda frustrated due to this deposit refund stuff as we still have to follow up with them after check out. The hotel should keep the cash and return back to the customer during check out. Couldn’t imagine how inconvenient the customer that comes from other countries when they are dealing with this issue. Hopefully, the hotel management could understand how inconvenient the customer is and could solve this issue as soon as possible. The hotel deserves for a next visit if the issue could be solved as the room is equipped with essentials although the room isn’t not big.
