        I stayed there for a couple of days, satisfied with the room, but faced some issues with the main and bathroom doors, which needed fixing. The tour coordinator suggested the hotel. Don't expect a perfect breakfast even though it was a buffet, it seemed to be something other than a Turkish one. The location of this hotel is pleasing. You will find currency exchange, groceries, and restaurants nearby.

        The room is small it’s not that a big deal! The bed wasn’t good! My back hurts We request a double bed but it was to single beds side by side!!!! So one of us goes inside the hole between beds! The breakfast is really good the quality is very nice But the breads are not that good Good and respectful Staff

        Stayed here for 7 nights on a solo business trip. Let's start with a few nice things: It was cheap and in a great location. Being only 5 mins from Taksim square was great. However I would not stay here again and this is why: Getting into my hotel room was a constant struggle, I had my room key reprogrammed over 10 times and the door lock itself was reprogrammed once. No real solution was offered and I was left guessing each time I would use my key if it would work or not. Air Conditioning turns on but barely functions, thankfully it wasn't too hot on my trip (early Nov) but the unit acted as a fan. In the bathroom I had an LED shower light which worked during on 2/7 showers, resulting in the shower being very dark. Even with the light on I would say it was too dark for my taste. Both the sink faucet and toilet had issues with slow leaking. If the faucet was not closed perfectly it would leak onto the counter and eventually onto the floor. I found this out after using the bathroom in the middle of the night and then woke up to a puddle on the floor in the morning! The toilet when flushed would occasionally still fill it's tank for water until used again. My bed was stiff and my pillows chunky and loose. Not the worst I've ever stayed at though. I give the bedsheets a 4/10 on softness. Maintenance could be improved here at this hotel. Personally I did not find the breakfast great, the coffee wasn't drinkable and the food tasted old and aired out. The hot food items were lukewarm at best and after 3 breakfasts I opted to eat elsewhere for the rest of my stay.

        I booked a room for 4 nights. Arrived at 11:30 am and asked if I can be checked in early, the staff advised me that the room was not ready yet and room should be ready by 14:00. Which was totally understandable. I left my luggage at the reception and left the hotel. I came back back at 3:30 pm (1.30h after their check in time) to check in and was given a key to my room. When I arrived to the room, the room was completely messy, unprepared and full of cigarette smell. I believe this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I stayed at this hotel before, earlier this year and liked it that time. Therefore, I decided to return again. However, this time, the service was very disappointing. Received an email from the management team apologizing and stating that there was a technical glitch, which resulted to all this mess. As a token of gratitude, staff brought me a fruit plate, which I was allergic to. I left the plate outside of my room and asked reception to pick it up. However, the plate remained outside of my room for two days. In principle, I didn’t ask the second time, just to see how long it will take for them to pick up the plate. If you can stay away from this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend to stay there. I hope the hotel management can take a better care of the rooms and deliver service that the guests are paying for.
