If you don't want much in a room you could be able to live, and it's an ok place if you have low expatations, buy the images shown on the booking sites are just false advertising! It could have been an ok minus stay if they had told us what we got. But when they don't, it is just very annoying! Firstly it is hard to find as the Google piont is a bit away from the place. Also did walk across it a couple of times before.we realized that this was the place behind the laundromat that is there. Nothing here reminds anything about a hotel. The frondesk is just messy and full of clothes. Then the standard of the room is not good, it is almost impossible to lock both the bathroom and room door. Both the bathroom lock and the door security lock is long gone. It is dripping water from both the toilet and sink. And it is impossible to use shower without getting the whole room wet! In the room the desk is so wobbly that it almost fell apart if you put something on it. Same with one of the closets. Where you couldn't close one of the doors. There is an opening in the window so mosquitoes get in! The walls are not soundproof at all so you here all the talking in the other rooms and from outside. The room had 2 safes, neither was attached to anything, so pretty useless and they didn't even work. The only good thing is that the lady owning the place is nice and helpful when you come with problems. The laundry service is also decent and takes just 4 hours

The rooms are very clean. The location is perfect, you have everything you need close to hand. Besides, this hotel has laundry, so dirty clothes is never a problem. The staff is kind and benevolent. That's a really good place to stay at 👍

It is a laundry with rooms, not a hotel. Needs a lot of renovation, does not look like the advertising pictures. It is cheap, but not worth it. Location is good if Bui Vien Walking Street is your priority, but there are a lot of other options.

The perfect place to be. Walk out the hotel and you got everything you can possibly need within a few minutes walk Food Shopping Casino Massage Travel services Bus station Convenient stores Pharmacy Next to buivien and pham ngu lao the party area but located in a alley so you don't have to deal with the noise. Friendly staff that is very helpful . Laundry service if needed. My go to hotel for many years.

Wonderful Owners and Amazing spot to explode the heart of center of Saigon. Hotel is Located close to the "Party Street" which is Bui Vien and September 23rd Park. Surrounded by travel agencies and Bus Stations that can tour you around the city and show you the best places in Saigon and even buses that will help you to move to Cambodia, Laos or other cities that located in Vietnam. Highly recommended !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
