Modern rooms and affordable prices. Located directly at a Klong (Canal) in the Banglampoo area. The room was clean and quiet. The canal view comes with a price. A distinct smell. If you are very sensitive to smells this might be an issue. I liked the place and will come back again.

This place is very cosy, easy going, small outside but spacious enough on the inside. The rooms are large and clean. The service people were kind, we had a bit trouble communicating, but with a moment of patience we got everything we wanted. It is placed very conveniently near a few restaurants, laundry (at the opposite side of the street), different services. It took me 11 minutes to walk to the city center with Pub Street and the market place. This hotel was a bargain for the price! If I will travel on similar budget to Siem Reap again, I will consider to simply stay here: close to the center, easy, clean, quiet, comfortable, nice pool, good cheap restaurants and massage within 150 meters. Good place!

Friendly and well-run budget hotel. Ideally located in a quiet part of Banglamphu, right on a 'khlong' full of giant fishes, within walking distance of not only the hustle and bustle of Khao Sarn Road, but also Phra Arthit Pier (boarding point for the Chao Phraya River Express Boat) and Phanfa Leelard Pier (starting point for the local canal boat to Siam Square and Jim Thompson House). Korbua House has a pleasant terrace at the waterfront, where you can have a good breakfast. Or just to relax during the day with a nice coffee or a cold beer. The service is super friendly. Our spacious room on the sixth floor (with panoramic views from the balcony) was wonderfully quiet, bright and very clean. Some points for improvement: - the mattress was uncomfortably hard; - the sewage smell in the bathroom was quite disturbing; - an extra chair or clothes rack in the room would have been nice; - our hot shower was broken (and unfortunately could not be repaired during our stay), but this inconvenience was amply compensated by the hotel, which we really appreciated. Despite the above, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose Korbua House again on our next visit to Bangkok.

So at the moment there is a huge construction site in the middle of the square opposite side to the canal. This means cars i. E. Taxis cannot actually get to the hotel entrance. Also the nearby bank and pedestrian crossing plus the soi it is situated on, stinks of sewers. The room was acceptable. They gave me some extra pillows and the wifi is fine. The cafe downstairs is a joke barely any soft drinks, staff barely know english. Manager seems arrogant. Cafe is also over priced and have tiny portions. For example one piece of toast with 2 rashers of bacon for 160 baht. It just seems a bit depressing despite the vibe down the road at khao san

It’s a beautiful lake side hotel 🏨 it feels nourished to stay here and the sit out is great with lake beside. Rooms were hygiene and the service was excellent. Easy to access Khao San road and nearby attractions in Bangkok from this location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
