I stayed here 5 days while I was in Seoul, and it was an overall great experience. The rooms are SO clean, and they clean them daily. The service was quick. They also have plates, bowls, cups, and silverware to use if you need them in addition to a good ice machine. There is a convenience store on the bottom of the hotel, which is great for a quick snack. The location is also pretty good as it is walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The lobby is sparse, and it would be nice if there was more seating. There was maybe only one or two benches. It would be also nice if the gym was free to use.

The newly renovated city view room is excellent. Size is amazing and with City Namsan views. Excellent positioned right next to palace and subway. Breakfast buffet is good also. I didn’t appreciate the extra charges to be able to use the gym/ sauna at five star hotel. Staffs were not so welcoming either. However, it still is my favorite hotel when I am in Seoul. Love the location and Size. Big TV and coffee machine as well. Sometimes over priced but it is what it is. Seoul is not a cheap accommodation city so I will pay for this.

It's a star hotel, extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious with heated washroom. The rooms overlook the main road and the view is damn nice. The subway is 200m from the hotel making it very convenient for travelers

Booked a family room for 4 during mid November for 7 nights. Hotel interior and furniture looks old but well maintained. Daily room service - replenish bottled water, garbage disposal and change of bedsheets. Public transport - 2 subways line within 5 minutes walk, direct bus to airport and bus stop nearby thats highly accessible. Food - nearby lots of eatery, Starbucks cafe, convenience store. Overall good for its location and price point. Free WiFi - good connection. Hotel staffs are courteous, helpful and English speaking.

Went there with my bf for our late engagement celebration, rooms were decent, food was good. After the cleaners came in we found that our stuff had been moved from its previous position and our personal belongings such as my deodorant had been taken, as well as my cash. I am very disappointed with the service here!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
