Yuki and co. were excellent hosts. The hostel is very comfortable and quiet; I slept really well. The neighborhood is cute and quiet with a 24-hour grocery store and train station within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Great hostel!! It’s arranged a bit like a house, and situated in a cosy, quiet back street next to a school. I stayed in the 6 bed mixed dorm which is really clean and has plenty of space for luggage, as well as lockers (bring your own lock though). The room has air conditioning and the bunks are spacious with electrical plugs, a light and a curtain for privacy. Beds are comfy. The hostel owner, Yuki, is a fantastic host. Super helpful, speaks English and is extremely friendly. His bar is a cosy little social hotspot for guests and locals alike. There’s a great selection of Japanese and European beers, and every evening they serve Japanese stew at a good value for money, but there are other meals available on the menu too. The hostel is only 5-10 min walk from Shinagawa station (one of the major Tokyo stations where you can get the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen [to Kyoto and Osaka] as well as the Narita express [to Narita airport]).

Me and my family arrived in Tokyo way too early before check in but despite that Yuki answered our call and helped us set up our stuff to be kept safe while me and my family explored Tokyo then checked in during the proper time. Yuki is a great host and owner. Runs a beautiful bar as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and personally will probably stay here myself in future visits. Great hostel! Even just talking to Yuki is proof enough of the quality of the place. Cheers!

What a lovely place we found to stay in the middle of Tokyo. It’s oasis in a big city with amazing hospitality in a very good location near Shinagawa or a new station to open soon ‘Takanawa Gateway’ only 5 mins by foot away!! The cafe and bar offer you wonderful food and drinks. It’s hidden in a small street, which makes you feel you a live in this amazing city!!

The staff is very kind. The room is cleaned every day and , you can use towels as amenities. Guests can drink alcohol as a welcome drink at the bar on the first floor!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
