The hotel was a bit old, the room was a bit small, but the view made up for that. The room was clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing and tranquil. Very comfortable bedding. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea and had a very restful night. The staff in the hotel were prompt and polite. Spread of buffet dinner and breakfast were quite extensive and palatable 😋 it's a pity we had to check out early the next morning. Otherwise, I would love to spend another night there.

Beautiful hotel, large clean rooms, everything was spotless, rooms cleaned daily an bedding changed every morning, pool an beach area Beautiful an clean Vast range of food available from 7am till 10pm , Staff were amazing so friendly an would always stop for a chat, Check our was early an our flight was late they provided security for all our belongings, provided us with area to get showers an changed before our flight, really couldn't of asked for any more from this hotel. Was a perfect two weeks

What an exceptional hotel! The executive floor breakfast area is stunning and its view is unreal. The lift down to sea level was a highlight for the kids and the availability of water activities ie jet skis, just downstairs is incredible. Loved all the staff, they helped in every way possible.

Upgraded to executive room, which are in need of updating which allowed us to eat in Sedir most nights. Cloud 9 is nice but a wasted space as only open for breakfast. Need more staff working at snack bars and lobby bar in evenings. Was a 40min walk into town Animation team need to change up activities as its the same everyday, down to the playlist for water aerobics! There needs to be some background music at pool to give some life around the area.

A beautiful hotel by the waterfront. Really huge property. An amazingly large spread for breakfast and dinner. A nice spa and swimming pools too. Live music and shows.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
