We stopped in for lunch as we were walking around Kowloon so this is just a review of the lounge food, not the rooms. The food was extremely over priced for very average fare. $270 for a sandwich, etc. It took about 45 minutes to come out even though the lounge was empty. The food came out cold and was surprisingly unremarkable given the price. I don’t quite understand what was going on but it was a disappointing experience to say the least.

So disappointing. Was looking forward to staying in a Shangri-La, but it’s the worst of the lot. Long check in line, asked for ice which took 45 minutes, rooms are subpar. I think if you get their top suite you may be taken care of, but for a regular room there seems to be very little interest.
