Lovely hosts - this accommodation ideally met our needs as a family of four. Despite the tired looking exterior, inside was clean, tidy and spacious. Just a few minutes walk to the night market so a fantastic location too and peaceful despite its proximity to all the night life outside 😎👍 would recommend 😃

Appalling accommodation. The rooms are clean but that's where it ends. Aside from the stagnant polluted, mosquito infested river that runs next to the hotel, nothing is as advertised, it looks nothing like the photos on their website. The place is run down, our one aircon didn't work properly, the toilet didn't flush properly either, I reported it to management, no one came to fix it. No poolside towels are issued to guests, you're expected to use your bath towel. On arrival, there was no one at the front desk, I had to go and find someone to check us in. The staff there are non existant. Breakfast was appalling, it looked like it had been cooked the night before. The bathrooms are just plain gross, mould on the walls, limescale on the shower doors, corroded taps and a toilet that barely functions is the order of the day. The pool bar is just a run down shack with dirty glasses and rotting wood, and seems to not even function. The travel and transport counter is just a pile of dusty outdated flyers and pamphlets. The pool is well maintained but with broken tables and 12 chairs to cater for the 100 odd guests that the hotel can accommodate it all seems moot. We left after one night, covered in insect bites. The place is a dump, how on earth this is considered a 3 star hotel is just insane, it's barely a 2 star.

Our experience with this hotel is pathetic ,they don’t provide rooms on their given time, the fo not ask for water in your arrival, they ask you to buy water if you’re thirsty, reception bathrooms are horribly dirty , unflushed, they ask you to carry your own luggage to the room.. zero hospitality.. poor service, rude and arrogant staff..select this resort at your own risk
