The hotel looks exactly like the pictures; fresh, modern, beautifully designed, clean, everything works. Its a boutique, family run hotel with around 30 rooms so everyone gets to know you and cares about your experience. We arrived with a problem - the lock on one of our suitcases had jammed so the code would not open it - reception took this in their stride, shout out to Pee who sawed through the lock (without damaging the case) then carried it to the room - he was fabulous the whole holiday. We were lucky enough to meet Bua, her beautiful mother runs the hotel and restaurant (try the cakes, they are amazing!), who could not have been more friendly or helpful. We left feeling like we had not just made friends but had new family members. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough. We'll definitely be returning.

We have booked Seabass accommodation for 13 nights and is a time almost to go back home Australia. What can I say,only the best things,location is great,rooms are clean and spacious enough,staff is so helpful and wonderful. So easy to travel from Krabi town to different places and if you don’t know something just ask staff they will help with pleasure. We didn't have any language barrier. And guess what,coffee was great and reasonable price.

We stayed here for one night before catching our plane back to BKK the next day. It’s cheap and cheerful, room and bed comfortable, clean and a good central location a short walk from restaurants. We had to wait about 30 mins to check in but that was partly due to us arriving 15 mins before the stated check in time, no problem. Parking is plenty with a small pool available with loungers.

The hotel was amazing in this price - great design, perfect lobby, helpful and professional service, nice swimming pool (not enought swimbeds because of low space close to the swimming pool). Cheap prices in bar and restaurant. Location nearby night market and lots of restaurants/street foods. Room was comfortable and modern designed. In room available coffee, tea, kettle, fridge. Internet is available in all hotel areas - good and enough for Netflix. Breakfast good, enough and delicious. We were in this hotel only one night but it is good for a longer stay.

Stayed there for 1 night. The hotel is friendly budget and takes care all of your needs. Rooms are well cleaned, amazing smell everywhere and especially on the bedsheets. Beds were super comfortable. Toiletries are in the bathroom with conditioner, shampoo and soap. Pretty amazing as a hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
