        Impressions of the hotel are mixed. The new part of the resort, featuring a top-notch swimming pool and new rooms, is excellent. Rooms on the sunny side, some equipped with balcony bathtubs and sea views, contribute to a positive experience. However, the second pool is not very representative, and rooms in another part of the resort are neglected, emitting a damp odor, with perpetual shade. Bed linens are changed only upon request, and a set of towels (two large, two small) is provided every other change. Despite the staff's efforts to compensate with kindness, the persistent humidity in the room and musty-smelling pillows and mattresses remain unresolved issues. For those facing humidity problems, changing guest bedding more frequently, swapping out pillows, and airing mattresses are recommended. The breakfast was bland, with dishes appearing aged, and the watermelon often past its prime. On a positive note, the garden is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, reflecting the resort's style and organization. The location is excellent. While the resort is generally quiet, shielded from street traffic and tourist noise, early morning shouts from staff and the noisy return of the guest transport vehicle up the hill can disrupt the tranquility throughout the night.

        This hotel is in a lovely location and it has a beautiful pool with great views, but the accommodation itself is tired and the service is sub part. There are no amenities, you are only provided with one toilet roll, when our shower gel finished we also had to restock. During buffet breakfast it feels like first come first serve and yogurts or fruits are not replenished. The air conditioner is very loud, so either sleep in humidity or a loud noise. We wish we had booked a better hotel during our stay because Krabi is wonderful

        It's a four star resort so I can't give it a five star. The location is great and central to everything. Walking distance. It's hilly inside the resort and there is not much of the golf cart service available when you need it. Be prepared to walk steep hills if your room is located further up. A nice swimming pool on the top overlooking the mountains and sea. Rooms are clean. Enjoy your stay!

        The stay at Tipa Resort was highly disappointing. They claim themselves as 4 star but the property greets you with a room with only one small water bottle per person per day... only one towel per person and you have to ask for a replacement next day. They do not provide any toiletteries only soap n shampoo is available in the bathroom as half filled wall fixed bottles... that's it...no toothbrush no toothpaste nothing else. If you want to have tea/coffee.. its again one tea bag/ coffee sachet per person per day. The staff is least bothered... they do not respond at all The only good thing is the property itself... Would never recommend anyone to book Tipa Resort

        Rooms are super cool with lush green trees covered and surrounded by beautiful mountains. Rooms service is very quick and food price inside the restaurant is also reasonable. You will find all the shops outside the hotel. Suits for all types of travellers.
