This is maybe my 10th time in this hotel and whenever in Munich I don't bother looking for alternatives. This is my home away from home. Friendliest staff, great and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast.

We booked a room for 1 night to stay for my family (3 adults and 2 children) from Agova. At the check in, the hotel receptionist dont agree with Agova, denies the reservation was done for 5 rather they insisted on that the reservation was done for 4 people. And they want us to pay more to stay overnight. They forced us rudely to do that. We had to wait for at least 30 minutes in the reception with my kids. The hotel management was ridiculously rude. I travel really so often, bur this is the first time that I treated so. It was so unfortunate. Be careful when you are going to Munich and be careful that you dont make any reservation from Kreis Residenz.

Excelent hotel with amazingly friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. Rooms very spacious and comfortable, fabulous breakfast and they also have a parking on location with charging stations. Highly recommended!

Very stylish,clean apartment hotel. Friendly and professional staff. 15 minutes walk to get Ubahn and all day bus,train and tram tickets. We found taking 21 tram to end of line and getting an uber(9 euros) to hotel the easiest way back. Plenty of parking but no shops nearby. Around 70 euros from airport is easiest way.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
