Nice place. DON'T let the doors fool you. As we headed to our room, we noticed doors that looked super dirty/old, but it turns out it is an artsy painting style. The breakfast is very nice, hot and cold offerings. Really nice fresh pastries. Or bathroom seemed like a very recent remodel. Nice shower. In room coffee. Quiet room (top floor). Great location. There's little space in Amsterdam for great big hotel rooms that are also affordable, so manage your expectations accordingly

Staff are amazing and friendly! Location is perfect! Room was small but comfortable, we did have a downstairs room so the stairs were typical and narrow, fun though and staff helped with bags. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is ok. There is no elevator. So you have to drag your luggage up or down the skinny steps. The rooms are very small. We were on the bottom floor (like a basement) towards the street. Very loud and busy street. Couldn't sleep at all. Everyone was very nice/helpful and the hotel was very clean. Would not recommend for anyone with a disability.

It's in a very good location, from which you can walk to many attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. We spent three nights. It's a clean and well-run hotel of modest proportions. I'm not sure about the other choices, but our room for two was just right for the price. It faced the street on the second floor, and at first we thought that street noise could be an issue. However, the construction of the building is such that you hear very little noise. There are rooms that face the rear, but the views on the street side are much more interesting, and things quiet down as soon as the street cars stop running for the night. Get out on the balcony and view city life from a high vantage point. The desk staff was very helpful in advising us as to interesting things to see and do. The breakfast choices are extensive, and the food is fresh. It's a convenient alternative to other breakfast places, and will save you time in the morning so you can get an early start on your day's activities. Highly recommended.

All reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was good. Free coffee, juice, etc. Rooms are small and basic, but cozy. The beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning also so the room is always nice and cool. Which was good because I stayed for 5 days and each day was very hot. I never upgraded to the breakfast, but I did see someone eating and the breakfast looked very good! Would definitely stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
