Not recommended. hotel room smells like cigarettes the whole 2 days of my stay. Don't feel safe. -Phone is not working. -Pillow is too old, and flat, as though it's been used for 10 years. -many stains/dirty areas. -cigarettes aircon smell. -towel is very old. Friendly staff 👍can help to keep luggage 👍

Rooms are good. No iron board and iron, need to request Pool and gym shared with residency. Food so so, I didn't expect much as it just 3 stars hotel. Staffs are polite and helpful Location wise.... Need to have car, certain timing unable to get a grab car, a little bit problematic if you want to travel somewhere. It is near industrial area, advise not to walk alone at night. Overall still good.

Pros: King bed room is huge, check in was fast, on site free parking. Front desk is attentive with feedback. Good breakfast selection. TV is good. Cons: Kettle was really dirty, shower is pathethic. sound proof is a bit bad as can hear vehicles roaming sound at midnight.

Overall is okay but I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the breakfast. I pay for RM30 for the buffet but the selection of food was only nasi lemak and English breakfast which is no scrambled egg just the normal egg. The tastes also . I don’t know to tell. The bread who have is in the picture seem like you buy at the supermarket with the low prices but what we expect at the hotel? So dissatisfied. Waste money for breakfast. I hoped your hotel can accommodate and provide more good breakfast. I like to take breakfast when visiting hotel but from my experience your hotel is not unpleasant breakfast. Not try to mention the juice guava and orange taste like ready to made drink or rotten fruit. I’m sorry for the honest review. I hoped you can improve because your hotel room and staff is good. 😊

I enjoyed my stay there. Nice and friendly staff. Clean and well kept environment. Lift provided on every floor. Suitable for disable guests except for a strong Stainless Steel railings inside the bathroom. In general it's worth every penny spent. Thanks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
