We stayed at this hotel last week. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was like a hostelpal room no carpet on floor no pictures on wall to take the dull look of the room. There was no kettle to make tea if you wanted tea or coffee you had to buy it in the bar. We had a double bed that was so hard that you got up with a sore back the bathroom was no better than a poor prison bathroom. Each time I got a coffee from the bar I was charged a different price every time with the nighest being 4.50 .we paid a lot of money for this hotel and based on our stay I would put this hotel as a 2 star hotel the worst I ever stayed in.

The hotel was very good the room was a bit weird arranged but the service was very good. If you had the window open you heard the traffic pretty hard at night because it’s pretty busy at night. The breakfast was very healthy but I missed some bacon and normal milk. There was constantly feathers getting everywhere out of the bed and that was the only thing we didn’t like. Overall I had a great experience.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Single beds were pretty small. Took 1 hour on transport (three trains or two buses) to get to the centre of town. Breakfasts were good, and staff were super friendly. the Wifi was really bad, so if you are looking to work that could be an issue. very quiet. lots of places to eat around the hotel. walking distance to both train station and bus stop however.

Good parking. Eat the breakfast at the baker just across the street. Great bread and coffe and good service at the baker. The hotel is just a place where you sleep, but it is clean and tidy.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
