5 minute walk to obb and several cathedrals. Nice and small but not uncomfortable. They let us put our bags down, and they had made up the 3rd pull out bed when we got back, which was nice. The restaurant staff were great and pointed us in the right direction every time. The showers need some grips and are kinda small, but having it in the room is a definite plus!

I stayed one night in the hotel. The room was narrow, but the bed was comfortable for me. When turning the cold water on, the water pressure goes down, both in the sink and in the shower. The hot water is boiling hot, so it is not possible to have a warm shower with a good water pressure. The service is bad. I do not understand why people that are not customer-oriented are in positions at the front desk. Anyway, the cleaning ladies were very nice and the room was very clean. Overall, it is ok for the price, the location and for a short stay.

You can stay here with friends, everything is just enough. Don't expect more. They don't have a nice service, kettle in rooms, liquid soap (instead block soap) and, the building is a bit old. For staying with friends, it's a nice place, perfect location. For couples, you can still stay there as couple, it's safe and clean, but don't expect any romantic atmosphere. Every major requirements are there 👍🏾 but just it, not more than that.

Location: conveniently located on the Rhine and very close to Cologne station and cathedral Staff: staff at check-in very helpful and friendly, and our friends and family from Japan who accompanied us were delighted. Thank you. Staff at check-out were disappointing and not receptive to our complaints. Rooms: We booked two rooms for three people. The price was very reasonable at 102€ per room. Despite this, we were happy as the room was on the top floor with a view of the Rhine. On the other hand, the washbasin in room 43, our friends' family room, was in bad shape and the drainage function was dead. Furthermore, the water level in the washbasin seemed to inexplicably rise when the shower was used. We explained this to them when they checked out, but they did not understand, which was very disappointing. Hopefully this will be checked and repaired before the next guests stay.

Great little hotel, we stayed there three nights!!… very clean, staff was very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs was really good!!…. They make great pizza’s

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
