7 minute walk from the nearest JR (Japan Railway)station “Hamamatsu-cho” which is Yamanote line (loop line). The building used to be an apartment (flat) and The room I stayed was very tidy, clean and comfortable. Welcome drink, friendly staff and sanitization policy against COVID-19 are all great. The only negative is that the hotel is very close to rail road, therefore the constant train noise - literally every single minute - is a bit annoying when you sleep (not a big noise but those who really need complete silence for sleep will find it difficult to have nice sleep)… Being said that, considering the very reasonable price, I would highly recommend this hotel when you visit Tokyo alone (not suitable for family or couples).

It's clean and not far from a station, but it's lacking many of the typical hotel things. The fridge is empty, no free bottle of water or alcoholic beverages you can buy. There's no form of room service and no breakfast. The building strikes me as one that was intended as an apartment building, not a hotel. But that said, the room was fine, the staff were nice and I don't have any complaints.

Close to the station. Really friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Free happy hour drink coupon. Rooms a little small but perfectly adequate.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
