Had a new year staycation for 3D2N here and it was okay Value for money is also okay but I honestly expect more. The hotel room interior itself is so similar to the Japanese hotel I stayed back in Japan. But for 600K per night, it’s not that special. Amenities is so little, unlike real Japanese hotel who provides comb, sheetmask, bath salt and etc. This hotel only provides improper towel and cheap quality of shampoo and soap. Room is clean but not that clean, clearly the management didn’t really pay attention to details of its room maintenance. I got uncleaned duffle linen too. There’s stain on it. Plus side: it’s walkable to several locations in Kemang and easily find out. Onsen and manga corner also become the highlight point. Other than that, I think 300-400K is an appropriate rate for even a twin room 😬

Decent place to stay while in Kemang. The area is definitely very crowded as it is a trendy food hotspot. A big plus was that most of the nice restaurants like Moonlight Pocha (korean) and a South American grill down the road are all within 10 mins walking distance. Alfamart is also right beside the hotel. Relatively high prices compared to if you were to stay in more remote areas. Booked 1 week before and got 630k a night for deluxe normal room. It was 750k for executive deluxe. The room was small as per Japanese style. Worn towels and bedsheets but clean. The toilet I stayed in smelled like pee. Not quiet as the walls are thin.

sadly need to give this hotel the worst possible rating facilities are ok even more than ok with onsen and gym among others BUT their operation and maintrnance are the worst mold everywhere stain in the sheets and walls run down facilities (broken treadmill, crusty showerhead etc) and worst of all: frayed towels???? not even in a one star hotel will i get this kind of towels? very unfortunate with all that facilities.....

Love staying here for a short staycation! If you are a japanophile or an otaku. You will love this hotel! Japanese theme included the onsen, Japanese room theme and a very mini cute bathroom with all in (include tub) just like in Japan. (I think this has been cheapest hotel with bathtub in Kemang area) Breakfast food are always asian/japanese meal. Although you can request omelette/eggs The onsen was good but not so big, but worth to try! (Onsen was on LG) one floor below lobby. There are manga/comic books you can read on 2nd floor, and you can rent kimino on the 1st floor. Oh also, you can choose tatami bedroom too! And one more wifi was strong for work :)

A 4 stars hotel with Japanese life style. It made us feel like live at home in Jalan..not to busy and the staf is serve us good. Wish can stay here again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
