Generally seemed clean. But some furniture had ants on one side of the room. Thankfully not the bed. Good facilities. Sauna w/ small gym upstairs. Reasonable for the price I guess. But not sure I would stay there again or not. Only for those on a relative budget.

A great hotel with clean rooms, a delicious restaurant and a great location. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the BTS shuttle service is also great. I really felt at home here and will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The location is very good if you’re looking to stay in sukhumvit and avoid the massive amount of people towards the centre. It is close to the bts station, 7 eleven right across the street. The rooms are very clean, they have a balcony and the ammenities are very good as well (gym + sauna). Price is more than reasonable and overall i really enjoyed my stay here. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Decent hotel that I know well from formerly living close to. Stayed there for a few nights either side of a beach trip. It's a no frills but comfortable serviced apt./hotel in the heart of On Nut neighbourhood of Sukhumvit. Central enough and within a short walk of tyke local BTS. Food / beer gardens within a stones throw. No pool, but servicable little gym and sauna on the roof. Location is winner with KV. Affordable and comfortable.

It's a very nice hotel I believe that it's right in 3 star it should be 4 stars. It is off the beaten path of all the parting and going on down and soi 1 to soi 15. The BTS transportation is only a 5 minute walk or they have a shuttle that will take you to the BTS for free I'm there it only calls you $40 and 15 minute ride to the album partying if that is your desire. There is a 7/11 across the street. There is a laundry facility on-site a beauty shop coffee shop and street food area 300 feet down the road that is amazing. Also you didn't take that same free shuttle to the mall right by the BTS which is huge as everything in it that you can ever want and easy to purchase things you desire.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
