High tech hotel, very clean room. You'll be able to manage everything with the mobile app. Check-in in the hotel was super easy and we didn't have to wait in the queue because it was done on the application itself. The room was also allocated and room no. was mentioned in the app. The staff was very good and helpful. In fact they also provided a card to enter the room if the mobile app won't work. Overall a good experience 👍

We loved our stay. Good location, never more than a 10 minute walk to the required public transport and lots of nice bits in the area. Quiet rooms with good heating. App worked perfectly and communicate any questions or requests digitally. Ideal for introverts.

Great location. Good concept. Clean, nice, modern rooms. Very helpful staff at the reception. Hotel has a few parking spots outside for guests(not many). But there are technical issues with the app. Checking in without help from reception would have been impossible. Both iPhone and android app came with location access disabled in privacy settings, and unlocking doors won't work until you change that, but the app doesn't ask for it, nor is it mentioned anywhere. The maximum room temperature you can set in the app is 24 degrees, and the air conditioning will keep working even if you would like to keep the room warmer. Sound proofing is terrible. All the noise from other rooms was getting through. But the worst was the noise from the outside. All night long, people talking, screaming on the street. Getting drunk and puking right outside. If you have trouble sleeping with sounds, get ear plugs. Tho then you might miss the fire alarm ringing early in the morning from detecting guests smoking in their rooms!

It's a nice hotel and really well situated, but it was super hot on the rooms. The heating system is centralized so you cannot switch off the heating, so we need to sleep with the windows open because of the hot.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
