It is said that 90% of users are foreigners. The owner of the shop will tell you about a delicious ramen restaurant~🎵 We stayed in an interesting room that was originally a bar turned into an inn.

Private type Ownerless type guest house Face-to-face only for check-in Everything else is done by yourself 1 shutter type parking space on the 1st floor 2nd floor room with bar counter 4 beds (including bunk beds) Both the station and bus stop are within 10-15 minutes walk. Although the station is far away, Kyoto Station is just one stop away. The bus is closer to the station, but it takes about 15 minutes. If you buy a one-day ticket on the bus, you can go sightseeing in Kyoto city. Useful 700 yen/person Refrigerator, washing machine, balcony, kitchen Independent washbasin, unit bath, Wi-Fi Towels, bath towels provided, seasonings Air conditioners, fans, cleaning tools Kitchen tools etc. Most other daily supplies are included. The owner was super smiley and really nice. He received us and we sorted out all the administrative details. Then he took 20-30 minutes to introduce us to the accommodation, tell us about Kyoto and the places to see. He had prepared a binder in which he put everything you need to know regarding access to visiting sites (all in English). He also gave us a map on which we could plan our bus trips. No basic English, he made a lot of effort to explain everything to us and was happy to answer questions. As far as equipment is concerned, the accommodation has everything you need. The only downside is the position of the accommodation and even then not necessarily. It is near a train station which is one stop away from Kyoto Station. If you are passing through for a few days, stop here, you will not be disappointed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
