Everything about this hotel was excellent. The room was gorgeous, and fully equipped. It even had a desk for those that go on business. The shower was awesome, the bed was sublime and everything in the room was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and attentive and the location is fantastic as well as it is a short walk to the main road and 8 minutes walk from the hotel to 3 or 4 different metro stations.

Very helpful and happy people working there, showing things in details, and a woman even offering me her privat train ticket for me to travel to Kyoto, what a kind and nice lady! The rooms are beautiful, big showers and even use the same tiles I just renovated my own place with at home in Norway. So very modern rooms and I would defiantly stay here again and recommend it to others. Just very comfortable in every way.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at Itoya Hotel Mon. The employees were so kind to us. The room was short of nothing. Our room came with a nespresso, water purifier, and we requested fro an ironer and they brought one to us. I would 100% stay here again. The only thing is that it is far from the center of Kyoto. We didn't mind it since it was quiet. There is also a parking station for scooters and bikers upfront. This was an awesome plus. We loved itoya and really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has the best mattress over all the other hotels we've stayed at during our trip to Japan. It's very firm, yet supportive at the same time. The best sleep. Massive room, like, really massive. They provide fabric freshener spray as well. Though one thing to note, they don't have any staffs between 10PM to 7AM, I think? You can double check, basically no night staff. Due to this, there might be some people over the weekend who will be very loud. We got the jackpot unfortunately. Our upstairs neighbor was partying hard until 3 AM or 4 AM, stomping left and right, and we couldn't sleep. We had to wake up at 8 AM as well. Told them about the situation, but of course there's nothing that they could do because there was no staff at night. Maybe I could have tried calling their "emergency" line. Anyway, if you decide to stay here, make sure you get the top most floor, or avoid weekend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
