Hotel is located within 15 mins walk from Kyoto main train station. Hotel is very clean and equipped with essential necessities for a comfortable stay. Good place for family with kids. Love the Nespresso coffee machine. There’s common use microwave and water dispenser. Staff is exceptionally helpful and there’s a lady font desk staff that was very kind, friendly and helpful . She went out of her way to help us with our luggage and getting us umbrellas when it was raining outside.

Room is kind of small, but besides that the front desk staff is really nice, english is very good! Wifi, coffee, AC, nothing to complain about. We’re only in our room to sleep and chill - not sure why this hotel is rated 2 stars! Location is fire 🔥

My family and I had the pleasure of spending 5 nights in this hotel, and it was truly a pleasant experience. It was me, my wife and my 4 year old daughter, our room was a triple, very large, bright, minimal but robust and tasteful furnishings, the bathroom was spacious, the shower was as big as a Tokyo hotel room 😂. As soon as you cross the entrance threshold of the structure, the environment immediately gives you a sense of quiet and cleanliness, the staff is polite and welcoming, courtesy and Japanese education are truly unique in the world, and in this hotel they know it Very good. The hotel is in an excellent location, 10/15 minutes walk from the station, immersed in a typically Japanese context. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay so special, we will be back. See you soon

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
