Americans here, came for a night and had a lovely time. Public bath was great, breakfast was delicious, staff was incredibly hospitable and had a ton of free amenities. Location was superb as well. Can’t recommend it enough!

A beautiful old building. Spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderful and were very helpful with our booking and accomodating with vegetarian and pescatarian guests. Dinner and breakfast are an absolutely wonderful delight. The futons are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very cozy but spacious. The onsen is very special too.

If you're looking for a delightful and traditional Japanese ryokan experience which also doubles as heaven on Earth especially after a long day of walking, you have found the right place. I would even call this Kyoto's hottest ryokan. Because the natural hot spring onsen in the basement is super hot. Get it? The location is not far from a subway stop and is just down the road from a Lawson conbini. The rooms are lovely and the futons are magical. The service was so warm and solicitous. What a lovely place to stay.

Nestled near the famous Nashiki market, this is a beautiful gem of a location with the most amazing service and friendly staff. They helped make our experience top notch and would recommend this incredible traditional stat for anyone traveling to Kyoto.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
