This is my first time here in Jakarta. I chose this hotel and no regrets! The staff is very friendly and even I am impressed how polite they are. From check in process, room service, breakfast - all is superb! *chef’s kiss. Anyone who is looking for best budget hotel in south Jakarta, I strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you for all hotel’s staffs for your great hospitality and service. Keep up the good work guys!

There were people smoking in their room and it reached my room so I had to change because I could not bear the smell. Then I was in a room with a view on a wall, there was no sunlight so I had to turn the light even during the day and I could not sleep because they put me in a room next to machines that created very loud waves. The person cleaning was very nice though.

Great hotel along Fatmawati. Rooms are simple but well maintained apart from a few cosmetic issues like paint damages. TV channel list was enough and wifi was excellent. Too bad the room doesn't have a wardrobe although there is a safe under the wash basin. Staffs were very friendly. Excellent location as well. Easily accessible by public transport thanks to the MRT Jakarta, so it's very convenient to go to the city without worrying about traffic jam. The hotel sits between Blok A and Haji Nawi station, where both station is about 10 minutes by foot. It's also close to ITC Fatmawati shopping center where you can find a supermarket, some cheap shops and several mobile phone shops. Pondok Indah Mall is about 15 minutes via Haji Nawi Road. At night there are many delicious food stalls around the hotel so don't worry if you're hungry late at night. Next to the hotel is the legendary Lauw Bakery where you can buy their fresh baked breads that have been well known since the 1940s. Overall recommended for those staying in the south. Would definitely come back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
