Kyriad Résidence Casablanca Centre Ville

They insisted to enete the room by 2 PM beacuse we arrived by 10 AM. They asked to charge us 200 MAD to enter it early. Kyriad reception is under renovation so you have access it from the neighbor Hotel. We needed a help to reach our room, no one will guide you you ahvs to ask. No orientation done at check in, I had to go down to know that if I need to call the reciption I have to fail 700 instead of 0 like any other Hotel (No instructions at rooms to call reciption). At 6 AM, We tried to use hotel boiler but once plugged it to socket the whole power cut off due to short circuit in the boiler itself. (I didn't have reception number) so I went down to ask for help. After 10 min, the same recipient came and restore the power and I asked him to change the boiler because I need to make a tea but told me not now and you have to wait till 8 AM.... I am not say everything is bad but I will not come again.

Well situated, you are not really in any specific area but yet close to all the tourist attractions. Myriad residence are small apartments with a full bed or a full bed and a couch depending on your accommodation. The rooms offer a kitchen but they are I’ll equipped, it’s a hit or miss, you may have plates and spoons but no pots or glasses and vice versa. Didn’t quite get why offer a kitchen if they are so incomplete, I would expect that all kitchens/ units would have a standard set of utensils and so on. The rooms are relatively updated,our initial room was on the second floor and the Wi-Fi was just simply terrible. We were getting around 0.25Mbps Down/0.1 Up. Yep those are real speeds. The room had stained carpets but linen and bathroom were fresh and clean. We talked to the front desk next day and they took us to several rooms to find the room with the best Wi-Fi reception. Five stars to the team, they are direct and offer outstanding service. The room we took on the 6th floor was much better, perhaps less used than the rooms with two beds. The carpet looked clean and did not have stains. The facilities are about the same regardless of the room. On a nutshell, our only issues were: - Showers are like warm and there is absolutely no water pressure. - Carpets could be cleaned more frequently - Kitchen needs consistent and standardized utensils sets - Wi-Fi could be a hit or miss depending on where you are The pros: - central to most things. The Casa Port is a 20min walk, the Marina mall is an 8min taxi ride, and around the area there are many restaurants and grocery stores. - staff is outstanding - safe area! Many luxury hotels nearby
