It is a paid torcher in Singapore, All of the hotel rooms are absolutely dirty and having fugues small due to high tropical environment and lack of ventilation. It was an absolute suffering being asthmatic. Big no no for this hotel

room quit below standard, there is some dust in air conditioner and maid does not clean up the room daily. there's renovation on same service area, then there's some dust and noisy from renovation on daytime. there's market and 23/7 restaurants adjacent the hotel, so very noisy from people in market along the night. facilities quite old, broken and not match with price ☹️

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. On the first day we were accommodated in a triple room with a higher standard. The room did not match the offer at all. It was a room without a window, which was inconsistent with the offer and description of the room on agoda (a room without a window was offered by the hotel, but it was marked as a lower standard and was cheaper than the one we booked). We asked for a room change, but it was only possible the next day after 2pm. Additionally, the first room had broken air conditioning plus no window made staying there very uncomfortable. In the evening of the next day we were moved to a room with a window, but it was much smaller and definitely of a lower standard. Additionally, both rooms were very dirty and dilapidated. I am sending photos in the attachment. I definitely advise against this hotel!

Excellent location. However the room was average. Reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. Mustafa is just a few steps away.

Standard hotel. The room rate is also standard. Very near to Mustafa Shopping Mall, walking distance. For Bengali, it's an excellent choice to stay in this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
