We had a lovely stay in December! Please Ignore any reviews complaining about construction in the lobby area! It didn’t take away from our stay in any manner. The hotel staff were amazing and the rooms were lovely and walking distance from everywhere! Antonio Santizo welcomed us like old friends and enjoyed his hospitality so much we were so sad to say goodbye! Definitely recommended staying here!

Under construction but the website/reviews mentioned it. However it was not an issue. For me, a one day hotel stay comes down to 2 things. Ease of check in and quality of room. Check in was easy. Staff were quick and efficient. Plus very friendly. Room was sized as advertised. Bathroom was a bonus. Large space. Of course it was clean and tidy as well. Recommend.

The lobby works are a bit of a pain, Kimpton lobbies are often nice! Aside from that our experience was good. Our initial room had a connecting door and a nightmare neighbour, eventually we had to request to move, and we were kindly moved to a suite which was perfectly quiet. The staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout. Great experience.

Hotel Monaco is one of our favorite places to visit! We make an annual trip to Chicago during the holiday season and have been staying there for many years. For us it's like coming home and seeing old friends. It is currently going through some growing pains...lobby renovation, relocation of amenities, etc. However, all of this is listed on their website. The service and hospitality are both still there. Take some time to enjoy the window seats...my favorite place to hang out. And, say hello to our good friend, Antonio. He is Chicago's Best!

Had a wonderful stay here! Probably the most whimsical hotel room I've ever stayed in, the suite has cushions to sit in the window sills and look out over the river, if you're on that side. The things I think can be improved: the wine is a nice touch, but the red wine tastes like Two Buck Chuck, so basically it's undrinkable. A $6 bottle of wine from Trader Joe's would be a massive improvement over the one they're serving. Also, I thought discontinuing bike loans on Sept 1 is a bit absurd - the weather is usually nice until at least late November.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
