great place to stay at while at korea - convenient location and clean room (except for the top of the lamp which was super dusty...). my only complaint is for the man stationed at 1st floor by the lift, do not get why he raised his voice told me not to touch the lift buttons, but it is not like all of them will press the lift for me, so yea, does not get his deal, otherwise the rest of the staffs were very courteous.

Location is superb! Room wise is subjective. I stayed at room 1907. It is open concept kind of bath room where the bed is next to the sink but there are doors to the bathroom and shower. The problem is that you need to switch on the light to the bathroom which means turning on the lights while your partner might be sleeping. Overall, the staff are helpful

The room was nice. Elevators require key swipe to be able to get to the rooms. The elevators were packed midmorning. We tried to take the stairs and found the lower 3 levels to be locked, so we were forced to return to floor 5 and wait for an elevator.

Honestly I could have given 5. Though I have some few suggestions kindly do frosting or blur the lower part of your bathroom. It's like You're too exposed if you're with another person. Also at least place something where you could hang you're towel inside the toilet. And a shelf at the uppermost part of the bathroom opposite your shower. Too hard to get your clean clothes and no place to put your dirty clothes. Or put a bar on the opposite side of the door where you could easily get your clothes. I also recommend the long hair staff in the lobby who assisted in our check-in Oct 30 midnight or 12:30(almost oct31) and out Nov 5 at 6am. Always smiling, courteous, friendly and accommodating. Same with the cleaning lady in the morning

Having had a wonderful experience at the L7 Hotel in Hongdae, I decided to stay at another L7 location, this time in Myeongdong, Seoul. The room, though the smallest type, was comfortably livable and well-appointed, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Seoul Tower from my window, adding a magical touch to my experience. Situated right at the heart of the city, the hotel’s location is unparalleled, with direct access to the subway and a short, leisurely walk to the vibrant street market. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, exemplifying kindness and hospitality, even surprising me with a complimentary room upgrade. The L7 Hotel in Myeongdong has truly lived up to, and perhaps even surpassed, my expectations set by their Hongdae counterpart.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
