Great spot, not far from the canal and main restaurants/shopping/bars. We had a spacious room with a big bed. The staff was very kind and we enjoyed the breakfast as well. The only thing I would note , in our room specifically, the bathroom wasn’t very private. It is just a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom. I am not sure if all rooms were set up like this. We did not mind.

We loved our time here. We decided to stay an extra couple of nights and we are glad we did. It’s very close to the old town and convenient for getting around. The reception staff are lovely and helped us source a scooter, book theatre tickets and gave us lots of recommendations. The room was lovely, had a couple of quirks but was very clean and comfortable.

Great hotel to stay in while exploring the old city of Hoi An. Specious room, comfortable bed and pillows, good A.C, hot shower water, balcony with a view to the nearby river and best of all is the location of the hotel which is in a quiet street but within a walking distance from restaurants, bars and the night market. Breakfast buffet can be skipped... The hotel staff are very friendly, professional and helpful in booking tours and things to do such as the Bamboo show, which was amazing, right next to the hotel.

This is such a cute and affordable place to stay in the ancient city of Hoi An. We had to find a new place to stay after checking in to our other hotel room. The concierge here is super friendly and helpful in guiding us and showing us room! The ladies there are super happy to feed us breakfast. The pool was super cute and cool!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
