Great accommodation! The apartment is totally new, nicely furnished and well equipped, the owners cleaned everyday and welcomed us with wine and a fruit basket. We had everything we needed and felt at home! Owners are very nice, kind and generous people! They own a restaurant ‘Almira’ at Kamari beach with great food and sun beds at the beach that we could use! Lovely! Highly recommended

Beautiful house, actually looks even better than in the photos. An ideal place as a starting point for exploring the entire island. The host is a lovable, helpful man. Delicious coffee, fruit and wine were waiting for us at home. An additional advantage is the host's restaurant located close to the house with a beautiful view and delicious food. I 100% recommend one of the best hosts I have ever stayed with.

Wonderful villa in the middle of Santorini. The closest beach is Kamari, where the villa owners also have a really nice restaurant. The villa is quiet and accessible by a footpath off the road. It is beautifully decorated and with views to the sea and mountains. Very quiet at night and everything is comfortable and kept really neat and clean. We had wine and fruits waiting for us upon arrival, and the owners are very thoughtful :)

This place and the owners will make you feel at home at once! We were welcomed with wine, fruit and open arms. This accommodation is an amazing, newly constructed villa, with all the amenities you could possibly need, as well as daily cleaning. The owners also have a restaurant “Almari” at Kamari beach, which became our go to place for delicious lunch/dinner, and for relaxing in the nearby sun beds. Highly recommend

This place is amazing. The location is ok, it's by the bus stop but the nearest town is 15 minutes walking. You can see the mountains and the sea which is beautiful. But what sets this place apart from the others are the owner and the property manager. They are phenomenal!!!! The place itself is immaculately clean and nice. There is a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water and fresh fruit waiting for you when you check in. Bathroom is big and is stocked with everything you need. Living space is great. Plus, you get a deal at a local restaurant which is AMAZING!!! can't recommend this place enough. The owner is awesome and the property manager is always available and amazing. They will arrange transportation, rentals and everything for you. I cannot recommend this place enough, both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing... And it was. Great people, great food, great everything. Stay here if you can!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
