Casa del Garbo is one of the best located hotels I've ever stayed in. All of Florence's major attractions are at your doorstep. The team is wonderful, the rooms and common areas are so cute, and the simple breakfast gets your day off to a perfect start. Would highly recommend this as a home base for anyone wanting to explore and discover Florence.

(1) This place gives you every single bit of your money’s worth, I do not feel like I overpaid for this hotel - Honestly, I feel like I underpaid with how perfect the room and location was! (2) Friendliest staff and feels like a home away from home - Ava was amazing and even helped me put gauze on my feet when she saw they were bruised! (3) Casa del Garbo has the perfect location and the best view of Piazza della Signoria (4) The Leonardo suite was so gorgeous that it was unreal (5) I’m definitely staying here again the next time I go to Florence

For our first trip to Florence, we were lucky to find this B&B with spacious room, eloquently decorated, overlooking the statues at Piazza della Signoria. This GREAT location close to many of the major attractions in Florence lets you take a pleasant stroll wherever you're headed. Gracious hostess and room service, choice of several items for breakfast served directly to your room promptly at the time you request. Quiet, comfortable, clean and secure.

Everything about this hotel is amazing: beautiful, large rooms; large, clean bathroom; great location; great service. The hotel is in a very old building that was beautifully renovated. On top of everything, prices are very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again if I will visit Florence in the future!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
