Andrea was so nice and helpful both during and before our arrival. We stayed here for the Florence leg of our honeymoon, and Andrea gave us recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and also helped us set up a winery tour. Highly recommend this B&B.

We can’t say enough good things about Andrea and La Casa del Ghiberti B&B. The location is centrally located close to the best shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The B&B is literally around the corner from the Duomo. My husband and me visited 3 countries and stayed in 7 different hotels which were “four & five star” hotels and 2 B&B’s during our vacation and La Casa del Ghiberti B&B was the best. I’m very picky about where I stay and I was impressed by how charming and very clean the rooms were. They were decorated very nicely, the beds were the most comfortable beds during our whole trip. They were so comfortable we overslept. The breakfast was so delicious, there was a good variety to choose from and also included homemade Italian pastries. I couldn’t get enough of them. Andrea, the owner of the B&B was so kind and helpful. He provided lots of great recommendations for dinner & tourist attractions (what to see and not see). He also had a great sense of humor, my husband and I left feeling like we had made new friends and became part of his Italian family. I also can’t forget about Lola. She is an 8 pound rescue well behaved, so sweet, loving and loves to give kisses. She even sits like a proper little queen. We loved it so much we made reservations to go back in a few months.

I had the pleasure of making this luxury B & B my home for 12 nights. I was impressed by the simple elegance, the availability and generosity of the owner, Andrea, and all the simple pleasures that go into making one's stay perfect. I highly recommend this place for anyone who desires both comfort and quality while visiting Florence. Also important to note, you are only a 3 minute walk to the Duomo and central to everything! Thank you Andrea for your hospitality. See you again for sure.

Best B&B in city center close to the Duomo! My husband and I planned a holiday get away to Florence. After looking at many B&B's and hotels we decided on La Casa Del Ghiberti. We were so glad we did because it felt like our home away from home. On our first night we arrived very late as a result of our flight being diverted to Bologna. When we called Andrea to make him aware of what had happened he helped us find a train to Florence. Even though we arrived much later than we had planned, Andrea was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We had also mentioned to him that we wanted to experience Florence like a local and stay away from the tourist traps. He had great recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. This B&B is not only beautiful, clean, and modern but it's close to city center, the Duomo, shopping and great restaurants. We stayed in the Suite and our room was exquisite. It had a spa bathtub, large walk-in shower and large double sink. Most hotel & B&B rooms in Europe tend to be small but not our room. It was very spacious and had the most comfortable bed. The best part of the room was looking up at the ceiling and seeing the spectacular work of art. We added breakfast to our stay and it was so good and there were plenty of options and homemade Italian pastries. Finally, we can't forget about the little queen of the B&B Lola. She is a sweet little dog, well behaved 10 pound ball of fluff. At the end of our stay we were so sad to leave because Andrea was such a great host we felt like we had made a lifelong friend. We will definitely be back and have recommended La Casa Del Ghiberti to our family and friends.

We visited Florence last month after a long travel day that involved our flights being delayed and bags getting lost. Andrea was beyond accommodating and helpful, staying up until 2:00 am to let us in, helping us navigate the airport and airlines, and giving us recommendations around town. He even messaged his contacts at the airline to check on the status of our bags! Incredible service. Perfect location. Lovely rooms. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Florence.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
